Description
The kit uses anti Benzonase antibody as the coating antibody, the enzyme labeled anti Benzonase antibody as the detection antibody, the highly sensitive TMB as the substrate, and the Benzonase as the standard to quantitatively detect Benzonase in the sample. This kit is characterized by good specificity, high sensitivity and stability,
The lowest detectable level of Benzonase is 0.1ng/ml.
Principle
This kit uses double antibody sandwich method to detect Benzonase residuals. The Benzonase antibody is coated on the microplate, and the Benzonase in the sample or standard is combined with the antibody fixed on the microplate. After the unconjugated sample or standard is washed with washing solution, the HRP-labeled Benzonase antibody is added for incubation, and the enzyme labeled antibody is combined with Benzonase. Wash the unconjugated enzyme labeled antibody, add TMB substrate solution to the microplate, incubate it in dark to form a blue complex, stop the reaction with stop solution, and the color changes from blue to yellow. Determine the absorbance value of the complex, and fit the standard curve with the OD value of the standard. The Benzonase concentration of the sample can be calculated from the OD value of the sample through the formula fitted with the standard curve.
