General description
        The peptone is produced by enzymatic digestion of high quality animal tissue, decolorization, concentration and spray drying process, It is used in the preparation of general culture media. As a microbiological grade reagents, it’s  application includes molecular biology, gene engineering, antibiotics, pharmaceutical industry, fermentation industry, chemical and biological products.

Solubility
        It is easy to dissolve in water. The 2% water solution is clear, light yellow to brownish yellow. There is no precipitatation under high temperature and high pressure conditions with alkalinity and phosphates.

Storage
