        DNA ladder 1003 is composed of 12 bands linear double strand DNA. It is stocked in 1xLoading Buffer. This ladder is used to accurately determine the length of target genes. It is better to be seperated in high concentration agarose gel under low voltage in long time. 500bp band is doubled in density, the amount is 3 times of that of other bands. in 5uL volume，the dark band contains 50ng DNA and the bright band contains 150ng。
