        DNA ladder 1003 is composed of 13 bands linear double strand DNA. It is stocked in 1xLoading Buffer. The range is wiide. This ladder is used to determine the length of large DNA molecules. The 1500 bp and 4000 bp bands are increased in density whose amount is 3 times of that of other bands. in 5uL volume，the dark band contains 50ng DNA and the bright bands contain 150ng。
