Description: The Kit is for the quantitative determination of trypsin in final product which is produced using trypsin in manufacture process. The assay range is 5~250ng/ml.
Description
The kit uses anti porcine trypsin antibody as the coating antibody, the enzyme labeled anti porcine trypsin antibody as the detection antibody, the highly sensitive TMB as the substrate, and the porcine trypsin as the standard to quantitatively detect porcine trypsin (including recombinant porcine trypsin) in the sample. This kit is characterized by good specificity, high sensitivity and stability,
The lowest detectable level of porcine trypsin is 0.2ng/ml.
Principle
This kit uses double antibody sandwich method to detect trypsin residuals. The porcine trypsin antibody is coated on the microplate, and the trypsin in the sample or standard is combined with the antibody fixed on the microplate. After the unconjugated sample or standard is washed with washing solution, the HRP-labeled trypsin antibody is added for incubation, and the enzyme labeled antibody is combined with trypsin. Wash the unconjugated enzyme labeled antibody, add TMB substrate solution to the microplate, incubate it in dark to form a blue complex, stop the reaction with stop solution, and the color changes from blue to yellow. Determine the absorbance value of the complex, and fit the standard curve with the OD value of the standard. The trypsin concentration of the unknown sample can be calculated from the OD value of the sample through the formula fitted with the standard curve.
