Description
Penase (full name Penicillinase, also named β-lactamase type I,EC 3.5.2.6),can hydrolyze β- lactam antibiotic β-lactam ring, which makes it loses its anti-microbial activity. This product is a recombinant enzyme obtained by genetic engineering technology. Through the construction of a highly efficient expression E.coli strain of penicillinase and fermentation, purification, a high purity and high activity product is obtained. Penase is characterized by strong specificity and effectively hydrolyze β-Lactam antibiotics such as penicillin G, ampicillin, ampicillin, amoxicillin, piramicillin, carbenicillin, ticarcillin, furbenicillin, mezlocillin, etc.
