The lowest detectable level of BSA is 0.1ng/ml.
Principle
This kit uses double antibody sandwich method to detect BSA residuals. The BSA antibody is coated on the microplate, and the BSA in the sample or standard is combined with the antibody fixed on the microplate. After the unconjugated sample or standard is washed with washing solution, the HRP-labeled BSA antibody is added for incubation, and the enzyme labeled antibody is combined with BSA. Wash the unconjugated enzyme labeled antibody, add TMB substrate solution to the microplate, incubate it in dark to form a blue complex, stop the reaction with stop solution, and the color changes from blue to yellow. Determine the absorbance value of the complex, and fit the standard curve with the OD value of the standard. The BSA concentration of the sample can be calculated from the OD value of the sample through the formula fitted with the standard curve.
